Monthly Programs

The program year runs from January  through October. All meetings begin at 10 a.m. unless noted.​   

The club business meeting  usually is held after the program.  Programs and business meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month, January through October.  Dues are $15 and paid in the fall. 

Those interested in membership are asked to attend two meetings before joining.

Winter and Fall programs are inside.  Late Spring and Summer programs are often visits to gardens or other outdoor environmentally-related programs.

--March 23, 2022. Program 
 "From Caterpillar to Butterfly."  Jane Worth, Master Gardener. 10 a.m. at Sugarcreek Township Office Building, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook.  

--April 23/24--The club will have a tent in Bellbrock Park in downtown Bellbrook during the Sugar Maple Festival. You are welcome to visit us there to learn more about garden topics or to inquire about membership.

--April  27, 2022. Program on growing tomatoes by Garry Abfalter, Master Gardener.  10 a.m. Sugarcreek Township Office Building, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook.


​--May  25– Civic Planting beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Bellbrook Museum, Winters Library and the city sidewalk urns.  Short Business Mtg afterward at Bellbrook United Methodist Church, Brown Bag Lunch. We will plant in a light rain but  may cancel to the following week if that morning brings heavy rain and thunderstorms. Members should check their email at 9 a.m. that morning.

--June 22 – Home Garden Tours. 

--July – Cox Arboretum Guided Tram Tour by Five Rivers Metro Parks Adult Education Supervisor Betty Hoevel. 6733 Springboro Pk., Dayton 45449. Registration required.
 
--August – Creating Mini Fairy Garden in Container Hands-On Activity lead by Sophia Briley. At the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Parks District Headquarters, 2751 Washington Mill Rd., Bellbrook. Registration required.
